A kind of strange tower or castle. If you click to embiggen it, you'll see there's quite a lot of detail in the texture/brickwork. If i was a big fibber, i'd say that the intention was to create something that appears halfway between a construction, and an organic growth. In truth, there's rarely any intention, it's just a picture. But i do kind of like the way it looks like it's some kind of fungii....
